I really enjoyed re-creating a past moment

At first I was worried I wouldn't be able to have an experience but Mary explains the process and makes you comfortable to be open to the message. I really enjoyed re-creating a past moment and felt the energy shift around my issues of betrayal. I had no idea what might come up and look forward to working with Mary again. Her notes summarizing my experience helped me reflect again on my own.
