The times they are a changin', we know not how exactly. The world seems an uncertain and sometimes scary place these days. BUT I DO know that the more you are in touch with WHO YOU REALLY ARE and the wisdom, spirit & potential that lies within you, the easier it will be to ride out any bumpy waves, no matter what life may bring you.

This engaging program helps you step into your power by clearing you of the mental, emotional & physical clutter that can keep you stuck, and helps you examine your life, values and dreams in an enjoyable and profound way. Mary Dixon as your Soul Coach offers warmth, humour & compassion to create safe and sacred space to explore who you are.

Connecting with the elements of Air, Water, Fire & Earth with weekly themed activities and guided Soul Journeys, we bring the corresponding Mental, Emotional, Spiritual and Physical parts of ourselves back into balance.

Rejuvenate your spirit, find clarity, get in touch with your Higher Self and set a new vision for a wonderful future! You will begin to see the sacred in everyday life and unlock your potential for finding more joy! If you have felt stuck, confused about your path, sluggish or fearful about life, this will get the flow going!

Although the core of the program covers daily exercises for 28 days, we will have our first session together a week before to introduce you to the materials and to each other and start the process, actually having 5 weekly meetings plus a 6th wrap-up and review meeting with a special visioning exercise and celebration! There may be extra time off between weeks 5 & 6 to allow extra time for your own quests. This will be discussed within the group.

The Schedule of in-person group classes will be: (ending time approx., count on 2.5 hours)

• Monday January 23 (New Moon - "Beginnings!"), 6:30-9:00 p.m. - Introduction to the 28-day program, providing materials, getting to know each other, a guided meditation.
• Monday January30, 6:30-9:00 - Begin Air Week
• Monday February 6, 6:30-9:00  - Begin Water Week
• Monday February 13, 6:30-9:00 - Begin Fire Week
• Monday February 20, 6:30-9:00 - Begin Earth Week
• (possible week off for your own Quest...email guidance & support only)
• TBA Ideally week of March 5-8 (Mar 8 is the Full Moon.."Completion")- Wrap-up meeting for participants: Review, visioning exercise, discussing your Quest and possible Potluck.

Course Fee: Includes 6 in-person group classes, hard-cover edition of Soul Coaching by Denise Linn, most materials and light refreshments (coffee, tea, water, snacks), Members only Facebook Group contact and email contact & follow-up: $250 (No tax ) And some surprises along the way!

Pre-registration is required by Friday January 20th, with a 50% deposit, balance due at the first session. Maximum 10 participants. Deposit is refundable if course does not go ahead, minimum four participants. NEW YEAR SPECIAL: Book and pay deposit before January 14th and get $25 off.

Location: Third Eye Gallery at We Are One Farm, #4058  Hwy. 325, Newcombville, Nova Scotia. From the #103 provincial highway at Bridgewater Exit #13, we are 6.3 kms north/inland of the exit. There are signs for Wileville and Kejimkujik National Park at the exit. Newcombville is the next community from Wileville. Look for the purple Third Eye Gallery sign on your right and follow the lane up to the green house on the hill. IN CASE OF BAD WINTER WEATHER WE MAY POSTPONE CLASS/FIND AN ALTERNATE DATE.
